Hospitality Brokerage

Passport Advisory Group has been active hotel brokers and in hotel real estate for over 18 years and our clients include private owners, developers and operators as well as institutional owners such as banks, special servicers, and other lending institutions. We have arranged the sale of various hotels from boutique to limited-service and full-service properties with all major hotel brands. Our experience spans from hotel development and site selection to single asset and portfolio sales.

Debt and Equity Finance

Hotel Management

Suite 10 Hotel Management ("S10HM") is based in California and provides comprehensive hotel management services for independent properties and limited service franchise brands with a concentration on the West Coast. At S10HM, they focus on long-term success through providing a “hands-on” management approach to constantly deliver results. Suite 10 is engaged with many limited-service brands including Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG), Wyndham Hotel Group, Choice Hotels International and America’s Best Value Inn.

Twenty4Seven Hotels ("24/7") is a privately held hotel management company based in Newport Beach, California, founded in 2003 by a team of long time hotel industry executives who shared the vision and desire to apply their years of experience towards the management of full service and focus-serviced hospitality assets. 24/7’s strength lies in providing each of its properties with the individualized service characteristic of a small company, enhanced by the breadth and depth of skill that accompanies experience. As an approved manager for major hotel brands including Marriott, Starwood, Hilton and Intercontinental Hotel Group, 24/7 has the ability to manage across brands and segments while maintaining a strategic focus on operating hotels in the western United States. A fully integrated hospitality services company 24/7 provides owners and clients the in--house expertise to execute a business plan to renovate, reposition and manage hotels for a successful turnaround.

Receivership

Passport Advisory Group is pleased to have partnered with Bluett & Associates offering receivership services for the hospitality industry. With over 20 years experience in receivership services and hospitality real estate our team is well acquainted with the proceedings for transitional and distressed assets. Our various strategic alliances enable a seamless take-over and property management plan. Services include reviewing the court order, court appearances, taking control and managing the asset, maintaining and protecting the asset, human resource support, reporting, notification to stakeholders (franchise, vendors, etc.) and the disposition of the asset.

Our receiver, Lori Bluett, has served and currently serves on numerous REO properties with over 20 years of experience as a court appointed receiver. An active member of the California Receivers Forum, Lori holds a current California Broker’s License as well as a Class B General Contractor’s license.
